Hi, I’m Rebecca—a yoga instructor with over 16 years of experience helping students reconnect with themselves through movement, meditation, and breath work.
I create safe, welcoming spaces where you can slow down, tune in, and fully express yourself—whether that means taking a moment to rest or laughing out loud.
My teaching blends a grounded presence with a playful spirit. I believe yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a powerful path to reconnect with your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and remember who you truly are.
Rooted in ancient tradition and modern insight, my classes provide practical tools to clear the mind, support healing, and cultivate presence. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-standing practice, I’m here to help you find alignment—on and off the mat.
